**Return & Refund Policy – Velonix Labs**

At Velonix Labs, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, the following policy applies.

**Refunds & Replacements**

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

* Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
* Orders lost in transit

All claims must be submitted within **30 days of delivery** (or estimated delivery date for lost packages).

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us with:

* Your order number
* A brief explanation
* Clear photos of the issue

Once approved:

* A replacement will be shipped within a few business days
* Or a refund will be issued to your original payment method

**Non-Refundable Situations**

We do **not** offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

* Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
* Unclaimed packages
* Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
* Orders refused by customs or unpaid duties
* Products already produced or in fulfillment

**Returns**

We do **not accept returns of physical supplements** due to health and safety reasons.

If you choose to accept returns independently, it will be at your own discretion and expense.

**Important Notes**

* Claims caused by our error will be covered at our expense and fully refunded or replaced.
* Refunds may take several business days to process depending on your payment provider.
